Where can you find the best BBQ Ribs in Sydney

I must say I only found this place by the smell of the cooking that was wafting through the window of the apartment I was holidaying in at Pyrmont.

the smell was so delicious I could not contain myself and had to go and check this place out. It wasn't open for dinner yet however, the manager was very accommodating, he did say they were very busy that night and was booked out but he said he would fit me in.

Meals big enough to share

Louisiana Style Chicken Wings

We chose this little delicacy for our entree just reading about it was enough to make our eyes water and mouth drool.

Buffalo Chicken Wings smothered in a spicy Louisiana sauce, served with blue cheese dressing and coleslaw.

Not to mention the 4 Chicken Wings were of ample size to share.

Main Course

For our Main meal we chose the half rack of pork ribs mainly because the people sitting opposite us were raving about them if you could understand what they were saying while they were shoving the delicious meat that just fell of the bone into their mouths.

The Ribs were basted in Hurricane's original rib sauce then grilled until tender and served with chips, I must also say at this time the chips were also excellent , soft on the inside and crunch on the outside.

Service is top notch

Not only is there Pork Ribs but there is also Beef and Lamb with many combinations of different meal selections.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, it is also a good idea to ask for a bib as your fingers just might get a bit messy not to mention your clothes if you are a sloppy eater like myself.

Hurricane's is not really a place to sit and spend the night chatting away and once you taste the food you will understand why.
