The Health Minister for New South wales, Brad Hazzard, updated us on the Hunger Games today.

Mr Hazzard's fixation with the Hunger Games, came out in his update on our covid crisis, why? It is anyone's guess, or it may have to do with the Prime Minister's comment about going for gold with being vaccinated. I guess if Mr Hazzard is going to blame the Federal Government for everything that goes wrong, then living in a fantasy world of the Hunger Games might just suit him.

Disable People can make their own way to vaccine hubs.

Mr Hazzard said that disabled people will be a priority, however, it would be up to the disabled person to make their own way to the nearest vaccine

hub. As soon as the Health Minister gave mention to this, traffic chaos over all LGAs [Local Government Areas] in NSW, was caused by thousands of people

in wheelchairs who were congesting streets and main roads, in an effort to be vaccinated. Unfortunately, they was no vaccine at any of the hubs, as the Premier, Gladys Berejiklian, had stolen them and given them to the school kiddies in her electorate, [Private Schools only] as they were worried about the HSC.

A lot of people are snubbing their noses at the rest of NSW

A lot of people are snubbing their noses at the good people of NSW, in general he said [The Health Minister] we are doing very well, but there are a few that choose not to follow the rules and are causing grief, without any regard to anyone but themselves, they are snubbing their noses at us, a bit like the third episode of the Hunger Games. It was a bit of bla, bla, bla after that as my mind wandered to the TV series, Neighbours, and wondered if Leo would ever grow that moustache.

Bollywood is great!

Mr Hazzard went on and on and on and mumbled something inaudible, then out of the blue he came good again. He gave a reason as to why NSW had a higher infection rate than any other state, besides being the Federal Government's fault [Mr Morrison to be exact] it was due to ethnics, yes ethnics in South West Sydney, "Don't get me wrong" he emphasised. We love these people who come into our country, we benefit by having them here, not just because they brought in the Delta variant, but there is some good stuff as well, like Bollywood. However it is understood that many migrants have a lot of people living in the one household, [ I hope they filled out their Census properly and counted everyone], and they like to travel backwards and forwards to visit family and friends, and they don't really understand that they are not allowed to do this, and that is why we have the higher infection rate and why we have taken all the vaccine from other areas to give to them.

We are all in this together!

Mr Hazzard repeated the Premiers words, we are all in this together, except for Lake Macquarie, Newcastle and the Hunter region, where their vaccine was "borrowed" [stolen] to give to the needy private school students.

Besides they don't need it anyway.

The sun shines more brighter!

The Health Minister gave everyone a word of encouragement to get vaccinated, his words were, "When I got my jab, I felt really good about it, the sun shone more brighter, the flowers were more colourful and the air smelt more cleaner, you can feel this too, after you have had your shot." [ well this reporter doesn't know what was given to Mr Hazzard, but it certainly wasn't Pfizer or Astra Zenica, and I would like to have what he had!]

Question time Yay

Mr Hazzard asked if there was any questions, we all put our hands up and waved them around, but he insisted on Lucy asking the first question, however, her voice was so soft no -one could hear her, maybe that is why he asked her to be first. He then asked if there was anymore questions, I immediately jumped in the air and yelled pick me, pick me and he did, shit, I had to now think of a question, so I cleared my throat a couple of times, I found this to be a good stalling tactic.

I then asked him, [ The Health Minister] in a big loud voice, " When you said the reason for our large infection rate was due to a lot of migrants living in the same house, and like to visit family and they didn't understand English, well, Is NSW the only state in Australia that has migrants?

Mr Hazzard then said, "No more questions then, that's good," and left. He must not have been feeling well as his face turned very red, you know, the kind of face you have when you are constipated. I hope he is feeling better tomorrow and brings some of that stuff he has been taking, we could all use some.
